CONGRATULATIONS ON MAKING YOUR WSFC TEAM!

If you are new to WestSound FC Welcome and Congratulations on making the team! If you are a returning player/parent to WestSound FC Congratulations and Welcome Back!

Parent/Team meetings have been scheduled according to the schedule below.  At this meeting you will turn in the necessary paperwork, turn in your online payment receipt, meet with your coach & team, sign up for the various team volunteer positions , and get fitted for your uniform.  It is important that all players and at least one parent attend this meeting with the requested documents.

In an effort to expedite the registration process much of our process has been placed online, please follow the instructions below and bring the forms indicated to your Registration/Team meeting per the schedule at the bottom of this page:

1. Westsound Travel Policy - Review
2. Registration Packet - Choose Appropriate Age Packet, Print, Fill out and Sign
3. US Club Medical Form - Print, Fill out and Sign

        ~ All players must accept their offered team position by clicking the link below.  When complete, print registration copy and receipt for payment if completed with a credit card online.  If you intend to pay your down payment by check, print your registration copy and bring your payment with you to registration. 

         4.  Player Position Acceptance - Click and Complete - Print Registration and Receipt

2. Volunteer/Fundraising Obligations Form - Give to Team Manager
3. Club Directory Info - Give to Team Manager
4. Practice T-Shirt Order Form - Give to Team Manager
5. WSFC Medical Release Form - Give to Team Manager
6. US Club Youth Club Registration/Medical Information Form - Give to Team Manager
7. Printed Copy of Online Registration Form - Give to Club Registrar
8. Receipt of Payment (if payed online with Credit Card) - Give to Club Treasurer
9. Copy of Birth Certificate (if new to the club) - Give to Club Registrar
